This policy explains how Rankmovo handles information when an authorized user connects a social media account to create, upload, or publish Rankmovo content.

Information we process

We may receive basic account information made available by the platform, such as account identifier, display name, avatar, and authorization status. We also process access tokens, video files, captions, publishing settings, and platform responses needed to perform actions requested by the authorized account owner.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate the account, prepare and upload media, publish or save drafts when requested, confirm publication status, maintain the service, and protect it from misuse.

Storage and sharing

Access credentials are kept in restricted automation systems and are not placed in public source code. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the connected platform and service providers necessary to operate the requested workflow, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above. An authorized user may revoke platform access at any time in the platform's account settings. To request deletion of information held by Rankmovo, email hello@rankmovo.com. We will verify the request and remove applicable information unless retention is legally required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
